Jariah is originally from Denmark, Western Australia. She relocated to the East Coast to study Osteopathy, graduating from Southern Cross University  in 2019.

During her work as a practitioner on the Gold Coast Jariah discovered there was more to holistic treatment and wanted to learn about movement rehabilitation. She began studying Studio Pilates in 2022. 

Jariah lives in Port Stephens where she and her partner Dane have their own business Resolve Osteopathy & Rehabilitation.

Deeply passionate about health and wellness. Jariah’s teaching style is warm and relaxed with an emphasis on correct modification for individuals, guiding and encouraging clients to listen to their bodies on their own journey towards better health. 

Jariah enjoys being in nature and keeps active running and surfing. At home she loves gardening and cooking. Jariah looks forward to bringing her unique perspective and experience to her Pilates classes.
