OUR STORY

East End Movement opened its doors in July 2017. What began as The Sandbar Cafe transformed into Newcastle CBDs premiere Pilates Studio. When we opened with a 3 year old daughter and a baby on the way many people thought we were crazy, and questioned why we would do this?! “Aren’t you taking a huge risk?!” they said.  “Wouldn’t it be better to just leave it a cafe?” “Who even does Pilates nowadays?” But we knew Pilates was the future, it was now or never… and haven’t looked back. As our client base grows and we continue to deliver results word has spread in the East End that we a not just some passing trend. Our studio is a boutique establishment offering high quality instructors and more than just one piece of Pilates equipment in a world class venue.
