It was while playing Professional Football for Sydney Olympic FC that Scott first discovered Pilates in 2000. He found it was the only rehabilitation method that enabled him to recover from a recurring knee injury and allowed him to return to the field to play. Pilates then become an important component to his weekly training workload to help rejuvenate his body.

Scott has been teaching Pilates for 16 years and began teaching in 2007, completing his Certificate IV In Pilates. He had the goal of one day opening his own studio. In 2013 he upgraded to a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction.

In 2016 Scott completed training in Functional Movement Systems which he has found greatly beneficial in rehabilitating his Pilates clients.

Scott is passionate about educating others in the Pilates method and seeing his clients drastically improve both physically and mentally. He believes from his own experience Pilates can greatly benefit young aspiring athletes in the pursuit of an enduring career in professional sport.

He teaches small classes using specialised Pilates equipment, props and free weights tailoring every program to the particular needs of each client.

Scott has over 10,000 hours experience teaching Pilates.
